New Year Hotel Breaks in South Wales

Why not celebrate your New Year Break at our lovely 17th century Coachin Inn set in stunning Monmouthshire, South Wales. The package we have planned for you offers you considerably more than just dinner bed and breakfast.

Check-in after 2.00pm New Years Eve. We will be serving you with mince pies and mulled wine in the Bridge Bar & the rest of the afternoon can be spent relaxing. Perhaps take a leisurely stroll along the nearby country lanes or visit the quaint market town of Monmouth, where you will find a surprising number of antique and unusual gift shops.

The evening celebrations will begin with an excellent Gala Buffet Supper, prepared by our Head Chef and his team, followed by our resident DJ. At midnight there will be a Champagne toast to celebrate the New Year & the bar will remain open until 2.00am.

On New Years Day a late buffet brunch will be served until 11.30am. During the afternoon a delicious afternoon tea with homemade scones awaits you in the Bridge bar. In the evening there will be cocktails and canapés followed by a candlelit Celebration Dinner in the Restaurant.

On 2nd January there will be a full Welsh breakfast served in the restaurant and some of our guests will be departing then. For those that remain there will be a delicious table d’hote dinner in the evening.
